摘要
为了培养具有工匠精神的高职杰出人才,论文从校企合作对杰出人才的重要性和校企合作在实践过程的难度分析入手,结合我国对工匠精神培养的现实意义,从政府、企业、学校和学生几方面提出培养工匠精神的路径,为我国经济转型和快速发展提供帮助。
In order to cultivate higher vocational outstanding talents with craftsman spirit,this paper starts with the analysis of the importance of school-enterprise cooperation to the outstanding talents and the difficulty of school-enterprise cooperation in the practice process,combined with the practical significance of cultivating the craftsman spirit in China,and puts forward the path of cultivating craftsman spirit from the government,enterprises,schools and students,so as to provide help for the economic transformation and rapid development of our country.
