摘要 在市场经济快速发展的当今社会,企业之间的竞争越发激烈,员工的压力也随之变大。如何让员工的压力得以舒缓,以更高的效率和热情投入工作中,是企业长期研究的重要命题,而这与企业社会工作的目标不谋而合。因此,论文结合员工压力的现状,分析员工压力产生的原因,通过企业社会工作的介入,预防和解决可能会造成员工压力方面的问题,从而发挥员工力量,促进企业良好发展。 With the rapid development of market economy in today's society,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the pressure on employees is also increasing.How to relieve the pressure of employees and devote themselves to work with higher efficiency and enthusiasm is an important topic in the long-term study of enterprises,which happens to coincide with the goal of enterprise social work.Therefore,this paper combines the current situation of employee pressure,analyzes the causes of employee pressure,through the intervention of enterprise social work,to prevent and solve problems that may cause employee pressure,so as to give play to the strength of employees and promote the good development of the enterprise.
