论文以威远县小河镇三强煤矿安全高效矿井建设实践为例,简述了安全高效矿井建设方案及实施效果评估,证明了开采薄煤层的中小煤矿,结合实际,开展安全高效专项项目建设后,矿井可走上安全发展的良性循环之路。

Taking the practice of safe and efficient mine construction project of Sanqiang Coal Mine in Xiaohe Town,Weiyuan County as an example,this paper briefly describes the scheme of safe and efficient mine construction and the evaluation of the implementation effect,and proves that the small and medium-sized coal mines that mine thin coal seam can embark on the virtuous circle of safe and efficient development after the construction of special safe and efficient projects is carried out in combination with the reality.
