湿喷机械手在桐梓隧道施工中的应用

Application of Wet Spray Mechanical Hand in Tongzi Tunnel Construction

随着隧道施工技术的发展,机械手湿喷因为性能优良、大大降低隧道内粉尘浓度、生产率高、回弹度低、施工质量高的特点已经成为隧道喷锚施工的主要手段。论文以机械手湿喷在桐梓隧道中的实际应用为例,对机械手湿喷工艺全过程进行了阐述和分析,总结得出适用于隧道机械手湿喷的工艺要求。

With the development of tunnel construction technology,the mechanical hand wet spray has become the main means of tunnel shotcrete anchor construction because of its excellent performance,greatly reducing the dust concentration in the tunnel,high productivity,low resilience and high construction quality.Taking the practical application of mechanical hand wet spray in Tongzi tunnel as an example,this paper expounds and analyzes the whole process of mechanical hand wet spray,and summarizes the technological requirements suitable for tunnel mechanical hand wet spray.
