跨校体育优质教学资源共建共享体制与机制的研究

Research on the system and mechanism of co construction and sharing of high quality teaching resources in Cross School Physical Education

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中明确指出,要加强优质教育资源的开发利用、普及与共享,因此,当前我国高校体育教育所面临的重要任务就是加强教学资源结构的优化与调整,打破各大院校之间的界限,促进跨校体育教育资源的共建、共享,有效解决体育教育资源配置不均衡的问题,从而最大限度地提高体育教学资源的利用率,最终实现学校体育教育的内涵式发展。基于此,本文先对我国跨校体育优质教学资源的共建共享现状进行分析,然后再提出几点发展对策,以为我国学校体育教育事业的蓬勃发展提供一定的理论贡献。

The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly points out that the development,utilization,popularization and sharing of high-quality educational resources should be strengthened.Therefore,the important task facing the current physical education in colleges and universities in our country is to strengthen the optimization and adjustment of the structure of teaching resources,to break the boundaries between major colleges and universities,to promote the co-construction and sharing of cross-school physical education resources,to effectively solve the problem of unbalanced allocation of physical education resources,so as to maximize the utilization rate of physical education resources and finally to realize the connotative development of physical education in schools.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the co-construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources of cross-school physical education in China,and then puts forward several development countermeasures to provide certain theoretical contributions for the vigorous development of school physical education in China.
