摘要
目前,健美操运动受广大民众的喜欢。但是健美操和其他的体育运动一样,有着自己的特点,要求参与者具备一定的柔韧度、协调性和力量水平。因此本文主要针对功能性训练在健美操当中的使用,给健美操运动带来的具体变化进行研究和分析。通过对传统健美操进行改革,更好地激发学员自身的潜能,提高素质,增强学员对于学习的热情和积极性,提升健美操的整体有效训练。
At present,aerobics is popular among the public.But aerobics,like other sports,has its own characteristics,requiring participants to have a certain degree of flexibility,coordination and strength level.Therefore,this paper mainly aims at the use of functional training in aerobics,and analyzes the specific changes brought to aerobics.Through the reform of traditional aerobics,we can better stimulate the students’potential,improve their quality and enhance their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning.Improve the overall effective training of aerobics.
