我国高校校园女足开展现状调查及对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of women’s football development in colleges and universities in China

中国女足的“铿锵玫瑰”精神激励了一代代的足球人,是中国足球发展的一面旗帜。近年来,中国女足在职业化初期仍保持一定的竞争力,但并非高枕无忧,随着全球女足职业化的推进,其他国家女足竞争力的提升在各国联赛中显而易见,要想使中国女足保持长久稳定的发展,职业化道路和高校女足训练工作的展开已成为必经之路。本文通过对高校校园女足的开展现状进行描述,分析了校园足球与后备人才建设、体育运动发展之间的关系,对其中存在的问题进行调查研究,并提出注重提高理念、构建组织评价机构以及完善保障体系等相关对策,以期进一步推动校园女足的发展,为我国的足球事业培养运动人才。

The"sonorous rose"spirit of Chinese women’s football has inspired generations of football players and is a banner of Chinese football development.In recent years,China’s women’s football still maintains a certain competitiveness in the early stage of professionalization,but not without worry.With the advancement of global women’s Football Professionalization,the improvement of women’s football competitiveness in other countries is obvious in national leagues.In order to maintain the long-term and stable development of China’s women’s football,the professionalization road and the development of women’s football training in Colleges and universities have become the only way.This paper describes the current situation of the development of campus women’s football in Colleges and universities,analyzes the relationship between campus football and the construction of reserve talents and the development of sports,investigates and studies the existing problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,such as paying attention to improving the concept,constructing the organization evaluation organization and improving the guarantee system,in order to further promote the development of campus women’s football and serve as the football of our country Career training sports talents.
