摘要
本文从高校体育教育专业运动生理学课程教学改革研究与实践为主要内容进行阐述,结合当下运动生理学课程教学改革规则及创新和改革实效为主要依据,首先分析了教学改革的构思以及规划、教学改革的创新,其次从调动教和学积极性、教学空间拓展、教学质量提升这几方面进行深入探讨和分析,其目的在于提升高校体育教育专业运动生理学课程教学改革效果,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。
Based on the analysis of the research and practice of the teaching reform of the sports physiology course of the physical education major in Colleges and universities,combined with the current rules of the teaching reform of the sports physiology course and the innovation and reform effectiveness as the main basis,this paper first analyzes the structure of the teaching reform and the innovation of the planning and teaching reform,and then from the mobilization of the enthusiasm of teaching and learning and the expansion of the teaching space.The purpose of the in-depth discussion and analysis of exhibition and teaching quality improvement is to improve the teaching reform effect of sports physiology course of physical education major in Colleges and universities,and to provide reference materials for relevant research.
