结合班主任班级管理经验谈初中体育课堂管理

初中体育课的管理不当,往往会导致课堂效率低下,意外伤害事故的发生,师生矛盾的产生。2019年苏州市体育中考项目变化和标准提高,对初中体育的高效课堂和安全课堂要求更高。工作中也常听到“班主任效应”这个说法,班主任的课堂,学生纪律好,效率高,成绩优。多年班主任的班级管理经验让笔者在体育课堂管理也受益匪浅。

Improper management of junior high school physical education often leads to low classroom efficiency,accidents and conflicts between teachers and students.In 2019,the changes and standards of Suzhou physical education senior high school entrance examination will require more efficient and safe classes for junior high school physical education.I often hear the expression"head teacher effect"in my work.In the class of a head teacher,students have good discipline,high efficiency and excellent results.Many years of class management experience of the head teacher has also benefited me greatly in the management of the physical education class.
