摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从体育治理修复策略的理论视角,对我国体育治理现代化顶层设计进行了初步讨论,引入国际体育组织的善治改革案例进行解析,研究认为国际体育组织采用“自辩”这一体育治理修复策略,在自辩策略中经常使用的是区隔善治策略,即承认组织管理责任,取得了突出的实际成效,对中国体育治理现代化顶层设计具有一定的借鉴参考意义。
By using literature review,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the top-level design of sports governance modernization in China from the theoretical perspective of sports governance and restoration strategy,introduces the case of good governance reform of international sports organizations to analyze,and the research holds that the"self-defense"sports governance and restoration strategy adopted by the international sports organization,which is the strategy of segmental good governance commonly used in the self-defense strategy,that is to admit the organization management responsibility,which has obtained the prominent actual result,providing certain reference significance to the top-level design of Chinese sports management modernization.
