某医院呼吸科吸烟患者的戒烟意愿及其影响因素

Willingness of Smoking Cessation Among Smoking Patients in Respiratory Department of a Hospital in a City and Its Influencing Factors

目的:调查某医院呼吸科吸烟患者的戒烟意愿,探讨影响呼吸科门诊就诊吸烟患者戒烟意愿的因素。方法:随机选取2016年3月至2017年9月某医院呼吸科门诊的180名吸烟患者进行问卷调查,采用横断面调查,对戒烟意愿的影响因素进行logistic回归分析。结果:不同年龄、家庭经济状况、尼古丁依赖程度、婚姻状况差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05);63.89%的吸烟患者为低度尼古丁依赖,17.78%为中度尼古丁依赖,18.34%为高度尼古丁依赖;经logistic分析,年龄、尼古丁依赖程度、家庭经济状况与戒烟意愿呈负相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸科门诊就诊吸烟患者戒烟意愿较高。针对男性吸烟者采取戒烟干预措施时需考虑其年龄、婚姻状况、尼古丁依赖程度、家庭经济状况等因素。

Objective:To investigate the willingness of smoking cessation and its influencing factors among smoking patients from respiratory departments in a hospital of a city.Methods:180 smoking patients treated in respiratory departments of a hospital in a city from March 2016 to September 2017 selected and investigated by the questionnaires.Logistic regression analysis was performed on the factors influencing smoking cessation willingness by means of cross-sectional survey.Results:The differences in smoking cessation willingness among patients of different ages,education levels,family economic status,nicotine dependence and marital status were statistically significant(P<0.05).63.89%of smoking patients had low nicotine dependence,17.78%of them had moderate nicotine dependence,and 18.34%had high nicotine dependence.Logistic analysis showed age,nicotine dependence,and family economic status were negatively correlated with smoking cessation willingness(P<0.05).Conclusion:The smoking cessation willingness of patients treated in respiratory departments of a hospital in a city is high.Smoking cessation interventions for male smokers should take into account factors such as age,marital status,nicotine dependence and family finances.
