某大型综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎抗疫一线护士工作体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research of Nurses’Work Experiences on the Front-line of COVID-19 in a Large General Hospital

目的:深入了解大型综合医院抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎一线护士的工作体验。方法:运用质性研究方法,选取10名抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的一线护士进行访谈,通过Colaizzi七步法来分析患者的访谈资料。结果:护士在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的工作中出现的体验有:对未知的恐惧,担忧自己被感染,担心家人的生活,工作中面临心理压力,防护用品引起身体的不舒适并增加工作难度,工作职责和流程不完善,缺乏院感防控和各专科护理知识,以及公共卫生应急管理体制不完善。结论:抗疫一线护士存在多种压力和困难,应及时给予心理干预,落实激励机制,协助解除生活和工作上的困难,做好统筹管理,健全公共卫生事件应急管理机制,完善护理人员职业素养和专业技能培训。

Objective:To deeply understand the work experience of front-line nurses who fight against COVID-19.Method:Using the qualitative research,10 nurses were interviewed about their experiences of COVID-19,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results:These experiences emerged during the COVID-19 included:fear of the unknown,fear of infection,worries about the life of their families,psychological pressures at work,physical discomfort and difficulty of work caused by personal protective equipment,imperfect job responsibilities and procedures,lack of the knowledge of nosocomial infection prevention and control and special nursing,imperfect emergency response system for public health.Conclusion:Nurses fighting against COVID-19 epidemic at the front line have run into various pressures and difficulties.It is essential to provide mental intervention promptly,implement the incentive mechanism,aid them to deal with difficulties in life and work,make good efforts in overall management.The government should improve the public health emergency response system,and hospitals should provide nurses with professional skill training and improve their professional quality.
