突发公共卫生事件应急管理中方舱医院医疗管理实践与思考——以江汉方舱医院为例

Practice and Thinking on Medical Management of Cabin Hospitals in Emergency Management of Public Health Emergency:Taking Jianghan Cabin Hospital as an Example

方舱医院在重大灾害紧急医学救援、军队野战训练等领域中发挥着重要作用。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,为缓解患者快速增长与现有床位资源不足之间的矛盾,武汉市启动方舱医院建设。武汉市方舱医院在此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中取得的成功,为突发公共卫生事件时期如何高效建设和管理方舱医院提供了宝贵经验。本研究以江汉方舱医院医疗管理为例,探讨突发公共卫生事件时期方舱医院医疗管理存在的难点,并提出应对措施,为重大突发公共卫生事件应急管理中方舱医院的医疗管理提供参考。

The cabin hospitals play important roles in medical rescue of disaster emergency,military field training and so on.In order to alleviate the shortage of medical resources caused by COVID-19,Wuhan government established cabin hospitals.The success of Wuhan cabin hospitals during the outbreak of COVID-19 provided valuable experience on how to effectively operate cabin hospitals in public health emergency.This study analyzed difficulties in medical management of Jianghan Cabin Hospital,and proposed corresponding management measures,to provide references for medical management of cabin hospitals in emergency management of public health emergency.
