摘要
在地震现场应急工作中,现场的应急通讯保障措施、灾情信息的快速获取与上报方式是制约应急工作效率的主要因素。通过介绍北京市地震局地震现场应急指挥调度系统的组成、架构和主要功能,结合该系统在北京怀柔3.0级地震应急工作中的应用和主要作用,探讨地震现场应急指挥调度系统的功能和实用价值。
In the emergency work at earthquake site,the main factors that restrict the efficiency of the emergency work are the emergency communication guarantee measures at the site,the rapid acquisition and reporting of the disaster information.This paper introduces the composition,structure and main functions of the earthquake site emergency command and dispatch system of Beijing Earthquake Agency,and discusses the function and practical value of the system in combination with its application and main functions in the emergency work of Huairou 3.0 earthquake in Beijing.
