扎实推进支部标准化规范化建设,答好机关党建高质量发展答卷,是习近平总书记的明确要求和党内法规明确规定,是由支部在机关和机关在整个党建与国家治理中的特殊地位特殊职责特殊作用所决定的。推进支部标准化规范化建设,使之从"搞没搞"向"高不高"转变,必须提高政治站位,牵住"牛鼻子",找准落脚点着力点,建设"高素质专业化的党务干部队伍",把健全标准化规范化体系作为先导,把标准化规范化建设的薄弱环节和党务工作队伍作风建设作为主攻方向,把标准化规范化放到支部建设"七化"的大系统中去推进。

It is the clear requirement of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the explicit stipulation of intra-Party rules and regulations to concretely promote the standardization and normalization of Party branches and do well the high-quality development of party building in Party and government organs,and this is determined by the special position,responsibility and role of party branches in Party and government organs as well as that of Party and government organs in party building and governance of the country.To promote the standardization and normalization of party branches on schedule by way of benchmarking and transform from“having or not”to“high or low-quality”,we must raise the political stance,hold the“nose of ox”,find the foothold,build a team of“high quality specialized party cadres”,take the improving of the standardized and normalized system as the first task,the weak points of standardization and normalization as well as the style building of party cadres as the main direction,and include the work of standardization and normalization into the large system of“seven projects”of party branch building.
