双师制教学法对神经内科护理带教质量的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究分析双师制教学法对神经内科护理带教质量的影响。方法 选取了2018年5月—2019年6月在我院实习的78例神经内科实习护生为研究对象。以奇偶数的方式将护生分为实验组和常规组,每组各39例,护生皆为女性。常规组采用常规护理带教方式对护生进行指导,实验组采用双师制带教方式对护生进行指导,分析两组指导效果。结论 指导前两组护生的实践及理论成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),指导后实验组实践及理论成绩均高于常规组,教师满意度、教学方法满意度以及教学管理满意度均高于常规组,两组患者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果 双师制教学法可以有效提高神经内科护理带教的教学质量,显著提高实习护生的实践与理论成绩,更好地满足实习护生的教学需求,值得推广。
