摘要
随着科学技术日新化,冲压模具向信息化、智能化的集成制造方向发展,同时冲压新材料的不断出现,冲压模具面临着新的挑战。这就要求高校培养出来的冲压模具工程师不仅有深厚的基础知识,还要解决复杂问题的能力。通过采用线上线下混合式课堂教学、第二课堂辅助授课;通过反复的观察、拆装、测量冲压模具的典型结构和零件的实践;通过给学生布置适当的开放性的查询作业;采用网络资源和三维软件的级进模模块结合的方法,从而达到模具内容的深度和广度大大提高,认识到较为先进的模具和设计方法,做到与企业的同步。
With the development of science and technology,stamping dies are developing towards information and intelligent integrated manufacturing.At the same time,with the continuous emergence of new materials,stamping dies are facing new challenges.This requires that the stamping die engineers trained in Colleges and universities not only have profound basic knowledge,but also the ability to solve complex problems.Through the use of online and off line mixed classroom teaching,secondary classroom assisted teaching;through repeated observation,disassembly,measurement of the typical structure of stamping molds and parts of the practice;by providing appropriate open inquiry work for students;using network resources combined with the progressive mold module of 3D software,the depth and breadth of the mold content have been greatly improved,and the more advanced molds and design methods have been recognized to achieve synchronization with the enterprise.
