The Role Orientation and Duty Path of College Counselors in the Overall Ideological and Political Education Pattern

辅导员是高校开展“三全育人”工作的先锋,是构建“三全育人”大思政格局的重要力量。运用文献分析法梳理概括“三全育人”及高校辅导员内涵,探析高校辅导员在“三全育人”格局中的角色定位,进而从辅导员要树立“三全育人”理念,加强与思政课教师的角色互构;要主动构建“四维一体”协同育人机制,提升育人实效;要增强新媒体技术运用能力,开辟育人新平台;要加强“以文化人”工作,营造“三全育人”良好氛围等四个方面提出高校辅导员在“三全育人”大思政格局中的具体履职路径,聚合高校育人力量,落实立德树人任务,为高校“三全育人”大思政格局的形成提供必要的理论依据与实践路径。

Counselors are the pioneers of carrying out the work of“three complete education”in Colleges and universities.They are also an important force in constructing the ideological and political pattern of“three complete education”.By using the method of literature analysis,this paper summarizes the connotation of“three complete education”and college counselors,analyzes the role orientation of college counselors in the pattern of“three complete education”,and then sets up the concept of“three complete education”,strengthens the role interaction with ideological and political teachers,actively constructs the“four dimensional integration”collaborative education mechanism,improves the effectiveness of education,and strengthens the application of new media technology.It is necessary to strengthen the work of“educating people with culture”and create a good atmosphere for“educating people with three integrity”to put forward the specific performance path of college counselors in the ideological and political pattern of“educating people with three integrity”,gather the strength of college education,implement the task of cultivating people with morality,and provide the necessary theoretical basis and practical way for the formation of the ideological and political pattern of“educating people with three integrity”path.
