摘要
随着矿业全球化的不断发展,中国企业对外矿业投资越来越多,规模越来越大,如何做好海外矿业项目建设管理成为亟需解决的问题。以老挝Sepon金矿项目为例,总结了项目建设过程中的管理方式及流程、项目质量和进度控制,为海外矿业项目投资建设提供借鉴。
Chinese enterprises have been investing more and more in overseas mining and in larger and larger scale under the circumstances of accelerating mining globalization.Thus,it is an urgent question how to do a good job in management of overseas mining project construction.In a case study of Sepon Gold Mine project,the management mode and process,project quality and progress control in the project construction are summarized,which provide reference for overseas mining project investment and construction.
