摘要
针对某锑矿石性质,进行了充分的探索试验和系统的条件试验研究,实现了锑的合理回收,取得了较为理想的试验指标。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占70%、矿浆pH=6.49及其他最佳药剂制度条件下,采用两次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨(再磨细度-0.045 mm占85%)、三次精选浮选闭路流程,可获得产率3.63%、锑品位51.13%、锑回收率91.45%的锑精矿。
According to the ore property of an antimony ore,sufficient explorative tests and systematic condition tests are conducted,realizing reasonable recovery of antimony and achieving satisfactory test index.When the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounts for 70%,ore pulp pH is 6.49 and other reagent regimes are optimum,the closed circuit of twice roughing,twice scavenging,roughing concentrate regrinding(regrinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounts for 85%)and three times cleaning flotation can obtain the antimony concentrate with productivity 3.63%,antimony grade 51.13%and antimony recovery rate 91.45%.
