Overheat Detection of Power Transformer in Medical Device Network

本文针对医疗器械网电源变压器过热的问题进行深入分析,对其检测方式进行进一步规范,以确保最终检测结果的准确性。对不同类型的变压器保护装置进行综合分析后,得到标准化的电源变压器检测流程,通过研究这一流程,本文对其中存在的注意事项进行了剖析,主要包括变压器无保护装置的情况、短路试验的数据收集、过载状态的确定以及绕组温升的正确测量等,并对检测过程存在的问题提出相应的整改措施。

In this paper,the problem of power transformer overheating in medical device network is analyzed,and its detection method is further standardized to ensure the accuracy of the final detection results.Through the comprehensive analysis of different types of transformer protection devices,a standardized power transformer detection process can be obtained.Through the study of this process,the existing precautions are analyzed in this paper,including the situation of transformer without protection device,data collection of short circuit test,determination of overload state,correct measurement of winding temperature rise and so on.And it also puts forward corresponding rectification suggestions for the problems existing in the testing period.
