液质联用色谱法测定化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮的含量

Determination of P-Hydroxyacetophenone in Cosmetics by Liquid-Mass Chromatography

本文采用高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪检测化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮(C8H8O2)的含量,采用保留时间和特征离子对丰度比定性,以待测组分相对离子峰面积定量,以标准曲线法计算含量。结果显示,C8H8O2在10~250μg/L时,与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)为0.998,方法检出限(MDL)为1μg/L。该方法测定的化妆品中C8H8O2的加标回收率为96.6%,重复性相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%。该检测方法具有定性、定量准确且灵敏、快捷的特点,适用于化妆品中C8H8O2的检测分析。

The content of p-hydroxyacetophenone(C8H8O2)in cosmetics is determined by high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in this paper.Retention time and characteristic ion ratio were used to determine the abundance ratio,it is measured by the relative ion peak area of the component,and the content is calculated by standard curve method.The result shows that the C8H8O2 has a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 10—250μg/L,the correlation coefficient r^2 is 0.998,and the MDL of the method is 1μg/L.The standard recovery and RSD of C8H8O2 in cosmetics are 96.6%and 0.7%,respectively.The method has the characteristics of accurate qualitative and quantitative,sensitive and fast,and it is suitable for the detection and confirmation of C8H8O2 in cosmetics.
