摘要
为提升实验室化妆品微生物检验能力的竞争力,实验室参加了由中国食品药品检定研究院组织的化妆品中微生物检验能力验证活动。依据各项目能力验证作业指导书和《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),对样品进行菌落总数、耐热大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌检验。菌落总数同时选取3种培养基培养并进行结果比对,控制菌采用标准规定的方法结合全自动微生物分析系统对分离出的疑似菌进行鉴定。检验得出菌落总数的∣Z∣值为1.12和0.69,耐热大肠菌群均为检出,金黄色葡萄球菌1个检出和1个未检出,铜绿假单胞菌1个检出和1个未检出,与指定值一致。由此可知,能力验证结果均为满意,表明实验室具有化妆品微生物检验能力。
In order to enhance the stability and competitiveness of laboratory cosmetics microbiological testing,the cosmetics was sent to participate in the verification of microbial testing capability in cosmetics organized by China Institute of Food and Drug Verification in 2018.Based on Projects Capability Verification and Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications(2015 Edition),the samples were tested for total colonies,heat-resistant coliforms,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics.Total colonies were cultured in three media at the same time to compare the results,control bacteria were identified by standard method combined with automatic microbiological analysis system.The result showed that the∣Z∣values of the total number of colonies were 1.12 and 0.69.The heat-resistant coliforms were detected,Staphylococcus aureus was detected and one was not detected,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected and one was not detected,which was consistent with the specified values.In conclusion,the results of competency test were satisfactory,which showed that the laboratory had a good ability to carry out microbiological testing of cosmetics.
