杏仁罐头不同储藏时间本底苯甲酸含量的测定

摘要 为了探讨相同批次杏仁罐头中本底[1]苯甲酸(C6H5COOH)含量与出厂时间长短的关系,本文依据GB 5009.28—2016《食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的规定》(第一法),对样品处理后,通过紫外检测器,在波长230 nm,流动相比例:0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(CH3COONH4)∶甲醇(CH3OH)=90∶10的液相色谱[2,3]条件下测定同一批次杏仁罐头中本底C6H5COOH含量。结果显示,标准曲线在0.4~20μg/mL范围内线性良好,3次测定线性相关系数(r)分别为0.9996、0.9995和0.9998,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,加样回收率为92.4%、93.6%和94.0%。杏仁罐头的杏仁中本底C6H5COOH含量会随储藏时间的增长而增加。 In order to study on the relationship between the background content of benzoic acid in the almond canned with different delivery time,according to GB 5009.28—2016(first method)Provisions of the National Food Safety Standard for Benzoic Acid,Sorbic Acid and Saccharin Sodium in Food,the sample is treated and filtered at the wavelength of 230 nm,mobile phase ratio:0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate:methanol=90∶10,determination of background benzoic acid content in the almond canned with different delivery times is made in this paper.The results show that the linearity of the standard curve is good in the range of 0.4—20μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9996,0.9996 and 0.9996,the RSD of precision,stability and repeatability test is less than 2%,and the average recovery of sample addition is 92.4%,93.6%and 94.0%.The background content of benzoic acid in the almond canned increases with the increase of delivery time.
