摘要
为比较月桂基硫酸盐胰蛋白胨(LST)发酵法与三糖铁(TSI)生化反应检测样品中大肠菌群灵敏度,本文分别利用LST发酵法与TSI生化法对相同样品和浓度梯度稀释液进行大肠菌群的检测,重复实验3次。结果表明,TSI生化法3次检验平均阳性管数11.7,LST发酵法检验平均阳性管数7.7;LST发酵法检出大肠菌群灵敏度平均值63.9%,TSI生化反应检测大肠菌群灵敏度平均值97.2%,63.9%<97.2%。由此得出,检测稀释度较低的相同样品,TSI生化检测敏感度高于LST发酵法检测。
In order to compare the sensitivity of coliform group in LST fermentation and TSI biochemical reaction,the same samples and concentration gradient diluent are tested by LST fermentation and TSI biochemistry in this paper,and the results are repeated for three times.The results show that the average positive number of TSI biochemical reaction tubes is 11.7 in the three tests,and the average positive number of LST fermentation is 7.7.The average sensitivity of coliforms detected by LST fermentation method is 63.9%,the average sensitivity of coliforms detected by TSI biochemical reaction is 97.2%,63.9%<97.2%.It can be concluded that the sensitivity of TSI biochemical detection is higher than that of LST fermentation in coliform group detection of the same sample with lower dilution.
