摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定有机锡农药残留,并采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定蜂蜜中10种金属元素,建立了食品中的有机锡农药残留以及重金属元素的含量测定方法。
In this paper,HPLC-ICP-MS method is used to determine organotin tin pesticide residues,and ICP-AES is used to simultaneously determine 10 metal elements in honey.A method for the determination of organotin pesticide residues and heavy metal elements in food is established.
