特种设备检测中无损检测技术的应用研究

Research on the Application of Nondestructive Testing Technology in the Inspection of Special Equipment

特种设备在社会生产与生活中具有重要作用,其安全使用问题直接关乎人们的生命安全。采用无损检测技术对特种设备结构和性能开展检测工作,可检测出设备存在的缺陷及问题,为生产创造有利条件。本文对特种设备应用无损检测技术的必要性、无损检测技术的特征及优势、常用技术类型3个层面展开探讨,旨在为无损检测技术在特种设备检测中的应用提供参考依据。

Special equipment plays an important role in social production and life,but its safe use is directly related to the life safety of people.Nondestructive testing(NDT)technology can be used to test the structure and performance of the special equipment,so as to detect the defects and problems in the equipment and create favorable conditions for production.In this study,the necessity,characteristics and advantages of nondestructive testing technology for special equipment,and common technology types are discussed,in order to provide reference for the application of nondestructive testing technology in special equipment inspection.
