传统村落活态保护的村民参与意愿及影响因素研究——基于三明市的Logistic模型实证分析

Studies on Villagers'Willingness to Participating in the Living Protection of Traditional Villages and Its Influencing Factors:the Empirical Analysis for Sanming City Based on Logistic Model

传统村落是历史文化和乡愁的载体,是广大村民的生活空间,传统村落的活态保护离不开村民主体的参与。利用对三明市的62处传统村落共473名村民的问卷调查数据,运用Logistic模型对其参与意愿及影响因素进行实证分析:宅基地空心化率、非农收入比、外出务工比例、重要性认识程度、政策优惠满意度以及本地创业意愿等六个变量统计意义上具有显著影响,外出务工比例与村民参与意愿呈负相关,其余五个变量均产生正向影响。应激发传统村落活态保护内生动力,重塑传统村落文化生态价值,以及多元主体协同推进村民参与。

The traditional villages are the carrier of historic culture and homesickness,and the living space of the villagers.The living protection of the traditional villages can't put into effect without the villagers.Based on the survey data of 473 villagers in 62 traditional villages in Sanming City,this paper uses logistic model to analyze their willingness of involvement and its influencing factors.The results show that:the hollowing rate of homestead,the non-agricultural income ratio,the migrant workers proportion,the importance perception,the policy satisfaction and the local entrepreneurial willingness have statistically significant effect.The migrant workers proportion is negatively correlated with the willingness,and the other five variables have positive effects.Finally,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasure proposals,such as stimulating the internal impetus for the villagers to participate the living protection of the traditional villages,reshaping the ecological value and cultural value for the traditional villages and innovating the organization and cooperation of diversified subjects.
