Reform and Implementation of Counterweight Structure of Bucket Wheel Stacker and Reclaimer

针对现有斗轮堆取料机配重结构存在的问题,重新设计配重钢丝绳缠绕系统;并根据现场实际情况,对施工安全性进行计算和分析,提出安全可行的施工方案,成功完成设备的改造,可为类似设备的改造提供方法借鉴。

Aiming at the problems existing in the counterweight structure of the existing bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,the counterweight steel wire winding system is redesigned;and the construction safety is calculated and analyzed according to the actual situation on the spot,and a safe and feasible construction plan is proposed to successfully complete the equipment.According to the reform,a new method can be provided to reform other similar equipment.
