摘要 常规中央索面钢箱梁多采用分离式桥面吊机施工,该施工工法对钢箱梁施工期间匹配控制要求较高,且钢箱梁中会产生较大的附加应力。以南京五桥钢箱梁吊装施工为依托,设计了一种用于中央索面钢箱梁整体式桥面吊,可避免主体结构前移与斜拉索的干涉,提高钢箱梁节段的匹配精度,改善钢箱梁中的附加应力。 The conventional steel box girder with central cable plane is constructed by separate deck crane,which requires high matching control during the construction of the steel box girder,and there will be large additional stress in the steel box girder.Based on the hoisting construction of steel box girder of Nanjing fifth Bridge,a kind of integral deck crane of steel box girder with central cable plane is designed,which can avoid the interference between the main structure moving forward and the stay cable,and the matching accuracy of the steel box girder section and the additional stress in the steel box girder can be improved.
