基于对船上人员安全因素考虑,对船用克令吊进行失效模式分析,运用相关应力计算方法,分析了克令吊的失效模式的原理,阐述了其计算步骤,通过实例计算得出了克令吊各主要结构件和零部件的失效应力,经比较后得出了人员操控室相对于其他零部件非首先失效的结论,可以为克令吊的结构和零部件设计提供参考。

Based on the consideration of safety of personnel on board,the failure mode of the marine crane is analyzed.The concept and calculation procedure of the failure mode of the marine crane are analyzed and expounded through the related stress calculation methods.And the failure stress for main structural parts and components of the marine crane are figured out by instance calculation.After comparison,it is concluded that the human control cab is not the first failure relative to other parts,which can provide reference for the design of structural parts and components of the marine crane.
