回程皮带清扫箱抑尘系统设计

Dust Suppression System Design of Return Belt Cleaning Box

针对输送机回程皮带难以清扫、下方物料洒落严重等问题,在回程皮带下方设计清扫箱抑尘系统,收集和清洗皮带表面粉尘到清灰槽内,通过单向连续循环运行的刮板机将煤泥混合物排入系统溜筒内,将洒落的煤粉回收到输送带上,达到控制粉尘污染的目的。

In view of the difficulties in cleaning the return belt of the conveyor and the serious scattering of the materials below,the dust suppression system of the cleaning box is designed under the return belt to collect and clean the dust on the surface of the belt into the ash chute.The mixture of coal and slime is discharged into the system chute by the scraper with one-way continuous circulation,and the scattered pulverized coal is recycled to the conveyor belt to control the dust pollution.
