It is the frequent occurrence of failures of the portal crane structural mechanism,which leads to the necessity of structural and mechanism health monitoring.An online monitoring system that covers the vibration,noise and main structural stress of the main mechanism is proposed.The technical route and implementation path are clarified,and the implementation plan is analyzed.It is of certain significance to improve the status of supervision of portal cranes and the modernization of equipment management.
