港口起重机物联网智能并联监测系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 将物联网技术与港口起重机状态监测和安全评估相结合,构建了基于物联网三层并联架构的港口起重机物联网实时监测安全评估系统,阐述了感知层、网络层、应用层所采用的关键技术;以岸边集装箱起重机工程物联网智能监测系统为例,介绍了数据采集到网络传输、最后在客户端输出状态曲线和信号查阅的全过程。实践应用表明,该系统具有可靠性和实用性。 Combining the technology of Internet of things with the condition monitoring and safety assessment of port cranes,a real-time monitoring and safety assessment system of port cranes based on the three-tier parallel architecture of Internet of things is constructed,and the key technologies used in the sensing layer,network layer and application layer are described.Taking the intelligent monitoring system of Internet of things for quayside container crane engineering as an example,the whole process from data acquisition to network transmission,and finally output the state curve and signal reference in the client are introduced.The practical application shows that the system is reliable and practical.
