原油终端在集输过程及原油处理过程中会产生大量包含老化原油、渣油、蜡质、沥青质、胶体和固体悬浮物、泥沙等组成的含油污泥。这些油泥具有含水量高、聚合物和絮凝剂含量高、乳化程度高、破乳难度大等特点,处理难度极大。通过应用热解设备对含油污泥进行资源化、无害化处理,不仅去除了其中有害有机污染物,而且回收了油泥废物里的石油烃,真正实现了变废为宝的资源回收,对于增加油田原油产量也有一定效果。

In the process of crude oil gathering and transportation and crude oil treatment,a large number of oily sludge will be produced in the crude oil terminal,including aged crude oil,residue,wax,asphaltene,colloid,solid suspension,sediment and other components.This type of sludge is characterized by high water content,high polymer and flocculant content,high degree of emulsification and difficult demulsification.Through the application of pyrolysis equipment to the recycling and harmless treatment of oily sludge,not only the harmful organic pollutants in the oil sludge are removed,but also the petroleum hydrocarbon resources in the oil sludge waste are recovered,which really realizes the resource recovery of turning waste into treasure,which is also very beneficial to increase the crude oil production of the oil field.
