海上无修井机平台连续管缆传输电泵井口装置研制与试验 被引量:3

摘要 鉴于目前海上油田无修井机平台检修电潜泵作业常常需要搬迁修井机或者动用修井船进行施工,检修作业复杂程度高、耗时长、成本高,提出了利用连续油管内嵌入动力电缆和液控管线组成连续管缆,利用连续管缆传输电潜泵,实现在井口接电、液压控制的连续管缆传输电泵新工艺,并为实现该工艺的快速检修泵作业研制了一种连续管缆传输电泵的井口装置。从该装置的结构特点出发,阐述了其功能原理、室内试验结果和应用前景。 At present,the maintenance of electric submersible pump on offshore platform without workover rig often requires the relocation of workover rigs or the use of workover vessels for construction.The overhaul operation is complicated,time-consuming,and costly.For this reason,a new process of tripping electric pump by coiled tubing and cable with power connection and hydraulic control at the wellhead is proposed.The coiled tubing and cable is composed of the embedded power cables in coiled tubing and the hydraulic control cable.In order to realize the rapid maintenance of the pump in this process,a wellhead assembly for tripping electric pump by coiled tubing and cable was developed.Starting from the structural characteristics of the assembly,its functional principle,laboratory test results and application prospects are expounded.
