摘要
随着大学生参军入伍比例的不断提高,退役大学生复学后的适应性问题越来越普遍。通过实地调查,发现复学大学生在课程学习、日常生活、人际交往以及心理状态等方面都存在一定适应性问题。主要原因是个人思想准备不充分、学校教育引导不及时、政府优待政策不配套以及军地对接不顺畅等。需要从退役复学大学生班级层面构建辅导机制,在学校层面构建引导机制,在政府层面构建政策扶持机制,在军地之间构建沟通协调机制,以便促进问题的有效解决。
With the gradually increasing ratio of college students joining the army,adaptability of the reinstated college students after retiring has become more and more common and profound.Through field investigation,it is found that reinstated college students have trouble in adapting to course study,daily life,interpersonal communication and psychological status.The main reasons include inadequate preparation in thought,delayed guidance provided by school education,inadequate government preferential policies and hindered connection between army and locality.In order to facilitate the effective solution to such problems,it is necessary to construct a tutoring mechanism on a class basis and a guiding mechanism from colleges.The government should issue policies to support while the army and the locality should establish a mechanism for communication and coordination.
