基于朋辈互助的新时期大学生心理健康教育新模式探究

当代大学生面临着招聘、升学等方面的巨大压力,同时在青春期快速发育的过程中又存在大量的心理困惑和思想问题。文章通过论述目前大学生心理健康状态,介绍大学生朋辈心理互助基本概念,分析基于大学生朋辈心理互助的系统设计原则,阐述平台系统功能模块设计,及时添加新心理知识,时刻关注学生心理状态,有效解决当代大学生心理健康问题。

Contemporary college students are faced with great pressure from recruitment,enrollment and so on.At the same time,there are a lot of psychological confusion and ideological problems in the process of rapid development of adolescence.This paper discusses the current mental health status of college students,introduces the basic concepts of peer psychological assistance,analyzes the system design principles based on peer psychological assistance of college students and expounds the platform system function module design,adds new psychological knowledge in time,keeps a close eye on the mental health status of college students at all times,and effectively solves the mental health problems of contemporary college students.
