碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土T型梁抗弯扭性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为更多地了解外贴碳纤维布的加固效果,进一步推进外贴碳纤维布加固在土木工程中的应用,进行了外贴碳纤维布后钢筋混凝土T型梁的抗弯扭试验。通过六组在弯扭复合作用下的试件与三组受弯作用下的试件加载试验,分析了碳纤维布层数、粘贴长度、锚固方式和受力状态等因素对于加固效果的影响。研究表明:弯扭复合作用时,碳纤维布的加固层数、粘贴长度对加固效果有重要影响,锚固方式以碳纤维布端部锚固较好;不同受力状态影响碳纤维布的加固效果;综合考虑抗弯扭性能和经济性,在实际工程中,底部全长粘贴两层碳纤维布且仅在端部锚固的加固方式应为最优选择。 In order to understand the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber reinforcement polymer(CFRP)and further promote the application of CFRP in civil engineering,a series of tests for bending and torsion performance of reinforced concrete T-beams with CFRP were carried out.Based on loading tests of six groups of specimens under torsion combined with bending and three groups of specimens under bending moment,the effects of CFRP layers,bonding length,anchoring method and stressing state on the reinforced T-beam are analyzed.The results show that number of reinforcement layers and length of CFRP have an important influence on reinforcement effect when bending and torsion are combined,and end anchorage of CFRP is a preferable anchorage method.Different stress states could affect the reinforcement effect of CFRP.Considering flexural and torsional resistance and economy in practical engineering,it is worth to be recommended that two layers of CFRP along the bottom and end anchorage of the T-beam.
