摘要
水泥制品多孔结构具有统计意义上的自相似分形特征,基于Menger海绵体模型介绍了水泥制品的几何分形原理;对水泥制品的孔隙特征进行了分形描述,通过体积分维这个标度不变量的大小反映水泥制品孔结构的特征。研究结果表明:多孔体的体积分形维数越大,其孔隙率越低;孔隙分维数越大,孔径概率分布密度越小,孔径的分布区间越宽;中值孔径随多孔体的体积分形维数的增大而趋于减小。
The porous structure of cement products has statistical self-similar fractal characteristics.Based on Menger sponge model,the geometric fractal principle of cement products is introduced.The pore characteristics of cement products are described by fractal,and the pore structure characteristics of cement products are reflected by the volume fractal dimension,which is a scale invariant.The results show that the larger the volume fractal dimension of porous body is,the lower its porosity is.The larger the fractal dimension of pores,the smaller the probability distribution density of pores,and the wider the distribution interval of pores.The median pore size tends to decrease with the increase of the volume fractal dimension of the porous body.
