动物肠道内的复杂菌群对动物机体的代谢和免疫有重要作用。鸡肠道微生物的生长定植容易受到如日龄、饲粮、饲料添加剂和环境等多种因素的影响。维持肠道内有益微生物群落多样性和微生态平衡是保证肠道发挥正常生理功能的前提。文章阐述了鸡肠道微生物的组成多样性和影响其组成的因素,旨在为对鸡肠道菌群的进一步研究提供理论依据。

The complex microflora in animalintestinal tract plays an important role in metabolism and immunity.The growth and colonization of intestinal microbes in chickens are easily affected by such factors as age,diet,feed additives and environment et al.Maintaining the diversity and microecological balance of the beneficial microbial community in the intestinal tract is the precondition to ensure its normal physiological function.In this paper,the composition diversity of chicken intestinal microorganism and the factors affecting its composition were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical basis for further study on chicken intestinal microflora.
