接种根瘤菌对于紫花苜蓿抗逆性的研究概况 被引量:6

摘要 紫花苜蓿种植地区多处于干旱与半干旱地区,气候干燥,降水较少,接种根瘤菌具有提高苜蓿产量与品质、增强抗逆性等众多优点,因此大面积种植根瘤菌共生苜蓿具有较高的经济、生态价值。文章总结了前人对于紫花苜蓿接种根瘤菌之后的各项生理、生化指标的测定结果,综述了逆境(低温、干旱以及盐渍性土壤)对紫花苜蓿的相对电导率、可溶性物质、光合作用、生长情况、产量等方面的影响,进一步阐明了继续深入研究紫花苜蓿抗逆性的重要意义。除此之外,笔者对前人的大量研究成果进行了梳理,为更好地大面积种植紫花苜蓿、提高紫花苜蓿产量和品质提出了建议。 Alfalfa planting areas are located in arid and semi-arid areas,where the climate is dry and the precipitation is less,and the alfalfa inoculated with rhizobium has many advantages,such as high yield and high quality,strong resistance to adversity,so planting alfalfa inoculated with rhizobium in a large area has high economic and ecological value.In this paper,the results of previous studies on the physiological and biochemical indexes of alfalfa inoculated with rhizobium were summarized,the effects of adversity(low temperature,drought and saline soil)on relative conductivity,soluble substances,photosynthesis,growth situation and yield of alfalfa were reviewed,and the importance of further research on stress resistance of alfalfa was clarified.In addition,the author sorted out a large number of previous research results,and put forward suggestions planting alfalfa in large area and improving the yield and quality of alfalfa.
