不同动物种类转移因子对家禽免疫效果影响的对比性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了验证猪、鸡、牛三种转移因子(transfer factor,TF)对家禽免疫效果的影响,试验以鸡新城疫(newcastle disease,ND)血凝抑制试验的抗体效价为判定指标,比较三种转移因子的免疫增强效果。将162只鸡随机分为4组采血并接种鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗,其中猪转移因子组、鸡转移因子组和牛转移因子组(各50只鸡)分别口服猪、鸡和牛转移因子各1 mL,对照组(12只鸡)口服生理盐水1 mL;之后第1,3,5,7,9,11,14,21天采血,用血凝抑制试验检测抗体效价。结果表明:三种转移因子对鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗的免疫效果均有增强作用,其中鸡转移因子组增强作用最明显,猪转移因子组次之,牛转移因子组虽有一定免疫增强作用但效果不如另外两组。说明临床应首选鸡转移因子,其次可选择猪转移因子,牛转移因子需酌情使用。 In order to verify the effects of three transfer factors(TF)of porcine,bovine,and chickens on the immune efficiency of poultry,the antibody titer of the newcastle disease(ND)hemagglutination inhibition test in chickens was used as the determination index to compare the immune enhancement effects of the three transfer factors.162 chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups to collect blood and inoculate the chicken ND attenuated vaccine,of which porcine transfer factor group,chicken transfer factor group and bovine transfer factor group(50 chickens each)were orally given 1 mL of porcine,bovine and chicken transfer factors,respectively.The control group(12 chickens)was orally given 1 mL of normal saline;blood was collected on the 1 st,3 rd,5 th,7 th,9 th,11 th,14 th,and 21 st days,and the antibody titer was detected by the hemagglutination inhibition test.The results showed that three kinds of transfer factors could enhance the immune effect of attenuated ND vaccine,the most obvious was chicken transfer factor group,the second was porcine transfer factor group,and bovine transfer factor group had a certain immune enhancement effect,but the effect was not as good as the other two groups.It indicated that chicken transfer factor should be preferred in clinical application and then porcine transfer factor,and bovine transfer factor should be used appropriately.
