猫脊椎脊髓与椎管高度比值正常范围的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索猫脊柱椎管高度、脊髓高度,及脊髓与椎管高度比值的正常范围,试验以0.15 mL/kg碘海醇为造影剂,采用猫腰椎L4~L6椎间造影法,对35例猫进行了脊髓造影,记录并统计椎管高度和脊髓高度,然后计算二者的比值。结果表明:猫颈椎C2~C7脊髓与椎管高度(矢状径)比值的正常范围为0.33~0.59,胸椎T1~T13正常范围为0.40~0.59,腰椎L1~L7正常范围为0.31~0.60。说明猫的椎管高度、脊髓高度、脊髓与椎管高度的比值并不同步变化,整体上看,全脊髓显影先后达到最大值排列顺序为:脊髓高度、脊髓椎管高度比值、椎管高度。 To explore the normal range of spinal canal height,spinal cord height,and the ratio of spinal cord height to spinal canal height in cats,the 0.15 mL/kg iodohydrin was used as the contrast agent,and 35 cats were performed myelography using L4~L6 lumbar intervertebral angiography.Spinal canal height and spinal cord height were recorded and counted,and then the ratio of the two was calculated.The results showed that normal range of spinal cord to spinal canal height(sagittal diameter)for cervical spine C2~C7 was 0.33~0.59,thoracic T1~T13 was 0.40~0.59,lumbar L1~L7 was 0.31~0.60.It indicated that spinal canal height,spinal cord height,and the ratio of spinal cord to spinal canal height do not change synchronously in cats.On the whole,the maximum value of spinal cord development is::spinal cord height,spinal canal height ratio,spinal canal height.
