Operation Evaluation and Improvement Countermeasures of Employment andEntrepreneurship Policy in Hebei Province

增长速度换挡期、结构调整阵痛期、前期刺激政策消化期"三期叠加"的发展现状给就业创业工作既带来了机遇又带来了挑战。梳理河北省促进就业创业政策的运行效果及待完善之处,提出"十四五"时期促进河北省就业创业政策更好运行的对策建议。如:实施创新驱动发展战略,促进高质量就业;加快京津冀协同发展,实现三地创业就业机遇共享;充分发挥市场在劳动力资源配置中的决定性等。

The current situation of the"three phases",including the shifting of the growth rate,the painful period of structural adjustment,and the digestion of earlier stimulus policies,has brought both opportunities and challenges to employment and entrepreneurship.This paper sorts out the operation effect of the employment and entrepreneurship policy in Hebei province and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the better operation of employment and entrepreneurship policy in Hebei Province during the 14th five-year Plan period.For example,implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development to promote high-quality employment,accelerating the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to share business opportunities among the three regions,giving full play to the decisive role of market in the allocation of labor resources,etc.
