河北省大学生创业服务政策体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of College Students'Entrepreneurship Service Policy System in Hebei Province

以河北省大学生创业者为调查对象,通过分层抽样和简单随机抽样的方式进行调查研究并针对调查数据进行收集整理与归纳分析,发现大学生创业服务政策体系建设在政策、资金、教育、孵化服务、舆论等方面均存在一定问题。基于此现实,提出应当有针对性地加强政策建设,适当加大资金投入,有效完善创业教育,优化孵化服务,改善舆论环境的政策建议,以期促使省内大学生创业服务政策体系建设趋于完善,在提高就业数量的同时提升就业质量。

For college students in Hebei province entrepreneurs,by means of stratified sampling and simple random sampling investigation and survey data were collected and summarized analysis,found that there are problems in college students'innovation service system construction,such as policy,capital,education services,public opinion,etc.Based on the reality,proposed should be targeted to strengthen the construction of policy,appropriately increase the capital investment,perfect entrepreneurship education effectively,optimize services,improve public opinion environment policy suggestions,in order to perfect college students'innovation service system construction,improve the quality of employment while increasing the number of jobs.
