Analysis and Prospect of Technological Innovation in China's Solid Waste Industry from a Patent Perspective

本文基于专利数据,对我国固体废物产业的技术创新现状进行分析和展望。首先,从时间变化、区域分布和技术类型等方面对固废领域的专利作一概览,得出了固废专利在这几个维度上的特点。进一步地,详细分析了国内外专利申请人的布局特点,并解读了几个重点申请人的技术创新方向。本文还阐述了我国固废领域的专利价值分布,比较了国内外申请人的专利质量的差异。最后,给出我国在固废产业进行技术创新的几点建议。

Based on the patent data,this article analyzes and prospects the technological innovation status of China's solid waste industry.This article first gives an overview of patents in the field of solid waste in terms of time changes,regional distribution,and technology types,thus obtaining the characteristics of solid waste patents in these dimensions.Further,this article analyzes the layout characteristics of domestic and foreign patent applicants in detail,and interprets the technological innovation directions of several key applicants.This article also expounds the status of patent value in china's solid waste patents,and compares the differences in patent quality between domestic and foreign applicants.Lastly,some suggestions for technological innovation in the solid waste industry in China are given.
