中国餐厨垃圾处理技术专利申请现状分析

Analysis of Patent Application Current Status of Kitchen Waste Treatment Technology in China

随着我国社会经济的发展以及绿色环保理念的深入人心,餐厨垃圾的处理技术越来越受到公众重视,本文针对餐厨垃圾处理相关专利数据进行系统深入地分析,通过对中国专利申请发展态势、专利申请的国别、专利申请的省市区域分布、申请人、技术分支进行分析,总结出餐厨垃圾处理技术中国专利申请现状。以期为国内相关企业和研发机构对于餐厨垃圾综合利用研究、专利保护策略以及知识产权布局提供有益的参考和建议。

With the development of China's socio-economic development and the concept of green environmental protection,the treatment technology of kitchen waste has received more and more attention from the public.In this paper,the patent data related to the treatment of kitchen waste is systematically and deeply analyzed.According to the analysis of the country of patent application,the provincial and municipal distribution of patent application,the applicant and the technical branch,the current status of Chinese patent applications for food waste treatment technology is summarized.It is expected to provide useful references and suggestions for domestic related enterprises and R&D institutions for the comprehensive utilization of kitchen waste,patent protection strategies,and the layout of intellectual property rights.
