摘要
为了对煤矿锚杆自动化生产线的缺陷产品进行筛选和去除,提出了一种缺陷锚杆的甄别方法。该方法由缺陷产品的识别及去除2个环节组成。通过对锚杆生产过程中缺陷产品产生的原因进行分析,利用戴螺母机与光电传感器配合作识别装置,通过合理布置识别装置所处的生产环节,识别出缺陷锚杆;PLC控制去除机构完成对缺陷产品的去除。实验证明该去除方法能有效去除缺陷产品,节省检测成本。
In order to screen and remove the defective products of the automatic coal mine bolt production line,a method of identifying defective bolts was proposed.The method consists of two links:identification and removal of defective products.By analyzing the causes of defective products in the production process of the bolt,the nut-wearing machine and the photoelectric sensor were used in conjunction with the identification device,and the defective bolt was identified through the reasonable arrangement of the production link where the identification device was located;the PLC controls the removal mechanism to complete the removal of the defective product.Experiments show that the removal method can effectively remove defective products and save inspection costs.
