摘要
采煤机作为一种常用的煤矿开采设备,通常采用调高液压系统完成摇臂的上升和下降动作,需要实现精确可靠的位置控制。并且大惯量摇臂装置在举升过程中积累了大量的重力势能,这部分能量在下降过程中通过调高液压系统耗散到环境中,不仅造成了能量浪费,还使油温升高,降低了液压元件的使用寿命。故提出基于模糊控制策略的采煤机闭式泵控液压系统,采用模糊控制策略提高系统的控制精度,通过蓄能器回收利用摇臂在举升过程中积累的势能。
As a kind of common mining equipment,the shearer usually uses the hydraulic heightening system to raise and lower the ranging arm,which needs to achieve accurate and reliable position control.In addition,the large inertia ranging arm device accumulates a large amount of gravitational potential energy in the lifting process.This part of energy is dissipated to the environment by adjusting the hydraulic system in the process of falling,which not only causing energy waste but also increasing the oil temperature,and the service life of the hydraulic components was reduced.Therefore,based on the fuzzy control strategy the closed pump control hydraulic system of shearer was proposed.The fuzzy control strategy was adopted to improve the control accuracy of the system,and the accumulator was used to recycle the potential energy accumulated in the lifting process of the ranging arm.
